Straight of land use approval. So for plat amendment, Justin's the approval authority, and state code says you have to have a public meeting. We don't have to for a final plat, but we do for a amended plat. So we have we have a formalities and okay.

I was so disappointed that we still had 291 ballots. Well, they're voting. I shouldn't say disappointed. We need to direct redirect 291 residents to drop their ballots in the ballot drop box and not the post op events.

So I created a packet inside of the regular city council meetings. Inside, you'll find the Canvas report and official statistics in Cache County. I'll just hold it up here. It gives a lot of information about precincts and how the votes are tabulated according to precincts. There were undervotes and overvotes Under well, there were no overvotes, which is meaning they voted for too many people, but we did have 427 undervotes, which meant they voted for less than we've asked for of them to re vote for.

That doesn't invalidate. No. Does not.

So we didn't have any invalidated votes for those reasons. We did have a few that were invalidated because the signature process didn't they they couldn't verify the signatures, and that's all in this Canvas report sent by Cache County. What the board of canvassers is asked to do is to approve this document that shows the total votes tabulated with had Troyer Bell with 400, Nick Kinska with six thirty six, Randy Lloyd's balding with ten twenty five and Nick DeSalvo with five forty four. According to these tabulation that elects Randy balding and it can scan to the Nibley city council. They will serve from 2026 until 2029. The end of twenty twenty nine. So if I could just get a motion from from a member of the board of canvassers to accept this canvas in a second and then get

Yeah. I we did have the the lowest voter turnout, and then I believe it was Nathan who caught caught wind of that as well. And I did and put out a post that said, come on, Nibley. We can do better. And we were able to get ourselves up to the second lowest. And it's least the least is not the lowest. The lowest was North Logan. We're number 18. Yeah. We did notice that Cache County stopped by about 04:00 and unloaded the ballot box. Helen and I transported ballots up at 08:00, and we did have a very full bag, which is why it took the county longer to put out results than they had anticipated. They were going to have them out by 8PM, and they had them out by about 08:30PM. And then the next morning at 9AM, and we didn't see any additional votes until nearly I think it was about four in the afternoon. Mhmm. At which point, I believe they had all the notes tabulated. They did get me the Canvas last Friday.
