- The commission approved the Mountain Meadow Springs 10-lot subdivision consent item, with staff conditions related to access, water, fire protection, slopes, and geologic hazards. The applicant said the business would process customer-provided wild game only, not sell meat to the public, and would fill a local need in the south end of the valley. - Staff also presented two more ordinance concepts for future public hearings: adding the surface fault rupture hazard study area to geologic hazard definitions, and creating an exemption in the FR40 zone so legal parcels with access can develop even without the current 150-foot frontage requirement. Commissioners generally supported both ideas moving forward, while noting the frontage change would mainly address existing parcels rather than new subdivisions.
